Historical Precedent

Published in 2001, SCHISM: A virulent setting for Sorcerer was inspired by the work of David Cronenberg and created as a mini-supplement for Ron Edwards' Sorcerer RPG.

Now in 2025, SCHISM: The New Flesh transforms and evolves the game for the modern age. It contains some of the original text, and many of the original ideas, but it is a standalone, experimental role-playing game intended for one Organizer and 1-3 subjects.

Required materials include this text, paper and pencils. Dice are optional and only intended to generate random data and some in-game values.
